This contemporary two-story, four bedroom, five bathroom home, features minimalist details and upscale finishes. The integral color concrete floors provide radiant heating throughout the home. The exterior finishes are a blend of natural materials including western red cedar siding, Canadian hemlock eaves, locally sourced Lompoc stone veneer, Veristone limestone composite stucco and metal wall panels. The interior uses rift sawn white oak cabinetry and trim, along with gypsum veneer plaster walls and a Lompoc stone fireplace.

The 12 foot tall European pocket door systems allow the large interior entertainment spaces to connect seamlessly with the rear patio and front living room terraces. The master suite and office are accessed via the radiused steel stair case, which is encased by the expansive glass storefront system of the stair hall. The home features a custom designed, 1,500 bottle walnut and stainless steel wine cellar, and a sound isolated AV room. The bathrooms are treated with Caesarstone and marble slabs, and hand made glass tile. The area surrounding the house features an even mix of board-formed concrete retaining walls and Lompoc stone walls, which provide several entertainment areas including two outdoor fireplaces. The native plant landscaping wraps around several cor-ten steel features, and is irrigated by a reclaimed water system.
